Key Values / Characteristic: Jeremy is strong in character, approachable, easy going, caring, compassionate, determined and driven. He is a born leader and a fine boss to boot.Jeremy’s first job was as a milkman in Latham, ACT. He held that job for 3 years, showing early on that he was hard working and driven. He then moved on to bigger and better endeavours.
In 1992 Jeremy started subcontracting his services as a plumber to other companies in Canberra. As the work flow increased the business evolved over the years. Please read more about the early days on Our Story
Likes/ Dislikes: Jeremy enjoys the plumbing business in particular meeting new and different people. He’s not a big fan of dishonesty in people.

Team Member - Name: Joanne Pekham
Job title / Description: Office Manager
Key Values / Characteristics: Joanne is reliable, trustworthy, and a great communicator. Joanne's first job was as a waitress for a catering company. She joined Dr Drains 18 months ago.
Likes/ Dislikes: Joanne is happiest when all outgoings run smoothly and on time. She has no dislikes we are aware of.
Team Member - Name: Tristan Uphill
Job title / Description: Qualified Plumber and Drainage specialist
Key Values / Characteristics: Tristan likes efficiency and effective time management. He loves being outdoors. He's happiest while working by himself, independently so that he can get on with the job at hand. Tristan absolved his apprenticeship with a company in Orange, NSW. He later moved to Canberra to gain more experience and further his skills as a plumber. After approaching Jeremy to develop his specialists skills he became a member of our team. He has become a valuable asset for the business due to his additional expert education.
Likes/ Dislikes: Tristan loves to get dirty with excavation work, using the CCTV camera to diagnose problem in the drains. By using the NuFlow and Vaporooter systems he can offer our customers long-term solutions. His catch phrase is: Be positive! He doesn't like people with negative work behaviour.
Quirky facts: Tristan is a keen motor bike rider and water skier.
Team Member - Name: Paul Gillespie
Job title / Description: Apprentice Drainer
Key Values / Characteristics: Paul is reliable, keen and eager. He brings a variety of skills from other industries to his job. Pauls first job was held at McDonalds, as part of their kitchen staff. He became a part of the Dr Drains team after approaching Jeremy for a job in the plumbing industry.
Likes/ Dislikes: Paul likes learning new things. He isn't so keen on early morning starts.
Quirky facts: Played cricket for the under 16 division in Canberra! Loves cricket!
Team Member - Name: Chris Costello
Job title / Description: Licensed Drainer
Key Values / Characteristics: Chris is a reliable and trustworthy member of our team. He loves open communication. His first job was held as a furniture removalist. Chris knew Jeremy before joining us. He was seeking employment and become a Dr Drains team member.
Likes/ Dislikes: Chris enjoys good company, life's pleasures and motorcycles. He's not so keen on incompetence.
